Das Zimmer ist ca 20qm groß. Es hat ein großes Fenster Richtung Innenhof und ein Sofa steht drin. Das Bett bleibt allerdings kommt der Schrank raus. Bitte nicht auf den Saustall am Boden achten :)
Das Haus liegt mitten in Charlottenburg. Edeka und Spätis in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Mitbewohner sind Rainer (31), er arbeitet als Architekt und Simone (20), sie studiert Kunstwissenschaften. Beide sind unkompliziert und grund sympatisch. Es wird manchmal zusammen gegessen, sonst hat man Kontakt durch Über-den-Weg-laufen in der Wohnung. Bevor du einziehst müsst ihr euch natürlich kennenlernen :)
