This is a Co-Living project for any young spirited person. There are 28 bedrooms in sizes of 12-36 M², and 10 specious bathrooms. All rooms are top renovated, completely furnished and ready to go! We have a fully equipped shared kitchen, living room, co working space, and a great terrace with a small swimming pool (only in the warm months), a sauna on weekends and a sweet vegetable garden.
The price includes besides the specious furnished room and the usage of the common areas, also 3 x week cleaning of all common areas (Hallways, kitchen, showers and toilets) and the option to register (Anmeldung). It includes all costs (Electricity, gas, utilities, internet) but NOT GEZ (TV tax / Rundfunkgebühren) in case you´re obliged to pay.
We are located 8 Min walk from S-Bhf Messe Süd (S3/S9), 10 min walk from the expo, 10 min walk from Halensee and 15 min walk from Kudamm.
It is a quiet village styled project in the middle of the city!
