Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer (3 normale Zimmer, Küche, 2 Bäder, Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, Hauswirtschaftsraum). Das Zimmer hat ca. 12 qm und ein großes Fenster zum Innenhof. Die gesamte Wohnung ist komplett neu gebaut und ist mit Eichenparkett und einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Max und ich wohne hier seit dem 1.2.2021 und es ist gerade jemand ausgezogen, sodass es noch die ein oder andere kahle Stelle an der Wand gibt. Das gibt dir die Gelegenheit, zusammen mit uns die Gestaltung zu übernehmen. Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit, die Möbel der Vormieterin bzw. einen Teil davon zu übernehmen oder das Zimmer gänzlich unmöbliert zu beziehen. Frag uns ruhig, was es an bestehenden Möbeln gibt.
The apartment has 4 rooms (3 normal rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room with balcony, utility room). The room has about 12 sqm and a large window to the courtyard. The whole apartment is completely new built and is equipped with oak parquet and underfloor heating. Max and I live here since 2/1/2021 and someone just moved out, so there is still one or two bare spots on the wall. This gives you the opportunity to join us in the design. There is also the possibility to take over the furniture of the previous tenant or a part of it or to move into the room completely unfurnished. Feel free to ask us what existing furniture is available.
Der U Bhf Konstanzer Straße ist direkt um die Ecke und auch der Adenauerplatz ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. In der Nähe ist zudem der Preußenpark, sowie der Kurfürstendamm. Direkt um die Ecke ist auch ein Rewe, mehrere Restaurants und ein paar Bäcker.
A subway station is just around the corner and Adenauerplatz is also within walking distance. Nearby is also the Preußenpark, as well as the Kurfürstendamm. Just around the corner is also a supermarket, several restaurants and a few bakers.
Max (25) und ich (Paul, 26) haben beide Jura studiert und arbeiten gerade in einer Kanzlei bevor wir mit dem Referendariat und dem 2. Staatsexamen beginnen. Wir haben also beide tagsüber zu tun, sind aber an den Abenden und den Wochenenden viel mit Freunden unterwegs. Max kommt gerade von seinem Auslandsaufenthalt aus Paris zurück und geht gerne Tennis spielen, während ich viel Zeit draußen verbringe und die Wochenenden gerne feiern gehe oder mit Freunden verbringe :) wir wollen also keine ZweckWG und freuen uns dich kennenzulernen!
Max (25) and I (Paul, 26) have both studied law and are currently working in a law firm before we start our legal clerkship and the 2nd state exam. So we are both busy during the day, but we are out a lot with friends in the evenings and on the weekends. Max just got back from his stay abroad in Paris and likes to go play tennis, while I spend a lot of time outside and like to party or spend the weekends with friends :)
Die Wohnung ist über einen Aufzug erreichbar und dazu bekommen wir noch Zugang zu einem ebenerdigen Keller, sowie einem abgeschlossenen Fahrradstellplatz.
The apartment is accessible via an elevator and in addition we get access to a ground level basement, as well as a locked bicycle parking.
