The flat is located on the third floor. The room is about 22 square meters and has a balcony towards the street facing south. I will leave almost all my furniture in the room, but I will remove most of my personal belongings. A green thumb would be appreciated because I can not take ALL of my plants with me. The balcony is used by all of us with respect to the boundaries of the person using the room - my door is usually open though :D We share a good-sized kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub.
We live right by U-Bahn-Station Mierendorfplatz (7 minutes by foot) on the Mierendorfinsel, meaning the block is surrounded by water and we have beavers!. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, UDK is not far off resulting in quite a few nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
Thilo (24, studies sound engineering and works at a homeless shelter) and Malte (22, doing his Notfallsanitäter-Ausbildung) live here. Thilo spents a lot of time following his passion for music and working night shifts and is usually down to discuss the definition of anarchy. Malte is usually cheerful as fuck, cooking or wanting to spend quality time together with his flatmates or friends and u can always use his art supplies :)
We have been living together for a while now and always spent quite a bit of time together in the kitchen drinking coffee or beer. We absolutely do not want to have a Zweck-WG, but rather want a respectful and wholesome friendship vibe in the flat. So if u like to hang out and live together as almost a family - this should be ur happy place :) Our old wg-doggo is sadly moved out with their respective roommate and we would love the get another furry addition to the flat - no requirement though, just greatly appreciated.
