The room is located in a newly renovated penthouse apartment in a traditional Berlin Altbau. With with its 3.5 meter ceilings and large windows, this is a beautiful sunlit room. The furnishings are also brand new.. The kitchen is also newly renovated from the floor up, with brand new appliances .We have just also recently installed a state of the art WiFi system with average speeds between 120 and 180 MBits/s. (included in the rent) All utilities (gas, water, electric) are of course also included in the rent.
Great connection to public transportation, only 2 min from theS-Bahn station. There are several supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe, Netto and Edeka) less than a 10 minute walk from the building, as is the beautiful park that surrounds Schloss Charlottenburg.
Please understand that it is important to us to find a roommate that will be a good fit, and because of this prefer to meet you in person and are unable to do online viewings.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from the Westend S-Bahn station and one stop from the and close to ESCP (6min) TU (10min) UdK (18min) and several other universities. Less than a 5 to 10 minute walk away (depending on the length of your legs/walking speed) There are also 4 supermarkets, a huge park (behind Schloss Charlottenburg) and the Red Cross Hospital. The city center is also only a quick trip away, so you can live economically, yet still be close to everything.
We are looking for students or young working professionals like ourselves who are looking for for a somewhat more upscale WG living experience. The apartment is a short commute from many schools.(ESCP 6min TU 10 min UdK 13min) The Wg environment is best described as friendly and cordial, where people respect each other and the focus is on the studies / work, but we still know how to have fun. We are in search of a person who is looking for the same thing.
