Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, hat zwei helle Fenster zum ruhigen und grünen Hinterhof und wunderschöne hohe Decken und einen Holz-Dielenboden. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, auf den Bildern zu sehen sind die Möbel meiner alten Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung ist eine Zwei-Zimmer Wohnung mit großer Küche und langem Berliner Bad, das auch eine schicke Badewanne hat. Die Wohnung wurde vor meinem Einzug Ende 2019 saniert, deswegen ist auch alles noch schön neu und schick.
Ein schöner, langer Dielenflur führt zu allen Räumen, die Wohnung ist im 2. OG eines Hinterhauses (ohne Fahrstuhl). Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgestellt werden, Keller haben wir keinen. Einen schnuckeligen Balkon gibt es in meinem Zimmer.
Einzug ist flexibel ab sofort, oder ab 1. Juli geht auch, das könnten wir dann einfach persönlich klären.
Weil meine alten Mitbewohner aus der WG vor dieser Wohnung damals alle aus Berlin weg sind, habe ich aus meiner letzten WG eigentlich fast alles mitgenommen. Deswegen ist die neue Wohnung auch ziemlich gut ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ;) Mixer oder Sodastream wären noch ein nettes Mitbringsel und ne neue Käsereibe :D

The room has 16qm, two big windows to the calm and green backyard, high ceilings and wooden floorboards. The room is unfurnished, the furniture in the pictures is from my current roommate.
The flat is a two bedroom apartment with a big kitchen and small and longish (typical Berliner) bathroom, which also accomodates a nice bathtub. The flat was renovated before I moved in in 2019, so everything is still new-ish and nice.
A long hallway leads to all rooms, the flat is on the second floor of the rear building (there is no elevator though). Bicycles can be left in the courtyard, there is no cellar or storage room, but there's a small, but sunny balcony accessible from my room.
Move in date is flexible from right now, or from 1.7., we can talk about it in person/via phone.
Since I moved into this flat when everyone from my old WG moved away from Berlin, I was left with all the good stuff, including dishwasher and washing machine. If you'd wanna bring something to make the luxury compelte, a blender would be nice :D
Zur U7 läuft man von der Wohnung 5 Minuten, Haltestelle ist da Mierendorffplatz. Busse fahren von dort auch einige.
Ein Rewe, Lidl, Aldi und Netto sind alle in 5 Minuten Entfernung, einen Späti gibt es auch gleich um die Ecke, Dönermann und Asiate sind auch vorhanden, und zum Schlosspark Charlottenburg und Richard-Wagner-Platz läuft man jeweils ca.10 min zu Fuß. Außerdem wohnen wir hier auf einer Insel, es ist also alles ringsum von Kanal umgeben, da kann man sehr schön am Wasser chillen oder spazieren.
Beste Anbindung an die TU, die ist nur 20 min entfernt. Aber HU (30min) und FU (35 min) sind auch gut zu erreichen. Die Ringbahn mit Jungfernheide ist auch nur 12 min zu Fuß (oder 1 Station mit der U7) entfernt.

U7 is 5 minutes away, Mierrendorffplatz is the stop. Several buses leave from there as well.
Rewe, Lidl, Aldi and Netto are the supermarkets closest to the flat, a litte Späti around the corner, kebab house and asian food are available too. It's ten minutes to Schlosspark Charlottenburg and Richard-Wagner-Platz. Also, this city part is like a small island, it is surrounded by water on all ends, and there is a nice riverside, which is very cool to hangout and go for a walk or run.
Good connection to TU, which is about 20 min by train or bike. HU (30 min) and FU (35 min) are also easy to reach. Ringbahn station Jungfernheide is either 12 min by foot or 1 station by Ubahn.
Heyo! Deine Mitbewohnerin werde ich sein, Murielle. Ich stelle mir das klassische WG-Leben vor, wo geteilt wird, sei es eine Flasche Wein oder ein gemeinsam gekochtes Abendessen, der Austausch von Lieblingsmusik oder Lebensgeschichten. Natürlich kann sich aber auch jeder mal zurückziehen, eben das allzeit bewährte WG-Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss.
Ich selbst wohne seit 5 Jahren in Berlin und hab seitdem auch in verschiedenen WG-Konstellationen gewohnt, schätze deswegen das gemeinsame Leben sehr. Ich mag es in ein gemütliches Heim nach Hause zu kommen und mags deswegen einfach normal ordentlich und räume hinter mir selbst auf. Putzplan muss in ner 2er WG nicht sein, wenns auch mit Absprache klappt, find ich das noch besser.
Ein bisschen zu mir: Ich bin 25, studiere aktuell im Master an der FU English Studies. Ich bin sprach-und literaturbegeistert und gerne kreativ tätig, schreibe Texte, arbeite nebenher manchmal als Lektorin, male gern.
Wenn man denn kann, geh ich gern ins Theater oder Kino, bin aber auch beim Techno-Feiern, Stadt erkunden, Kulinarisches & Cafés ausprobieren, alles was Berlin eben so lebenswert macht.
Ansonsten fahre ich super gerne mit meinem Fahrrad irgendwo in Brandenburg durch die Gegend, geh in Parks picknicken, in Plattenläden stöbern... Ich bin Nicht-Raucherin und mach gern Sport. Auf Konzerte gehen kann (konnte) man bei mir schon als echtes Hobby deklarieren und manchmal verbringe ich meine Tage auf einer Obstplanatge in Brandenburg und entkomme dort dem Großstadttrubel. Soviel erstmal zu mir, ich bin gespannt von dir zu hören!

Heyo, your roommate will be me, Murielle. I imagine a classic WG-life with sharing the occasional bottle of wine, a home-cooked meal, favourite music or life stories, but of course, everyone has thier time to do stuff alone.
I've lived in Berlin for 5 years now and have lived in several WGs and thus apprecaite sharing life and home with others. I like coming home into a cosy home, so appreciate a general cleanliness and I know how to clean up behind myself. I don't think a cleaning plan is necessary in a two people household, we can manage by talking and communcating with each other.
A little bit about me: I am 25, studying English Studies (MA) at FU Berlin. I love language and literature, I like being creative, writing texts (poetry and nonfiction mostly), sometimes work as an editor and paint whenever I feel like it. When it's possible, I like going to the movies or the theatre, but I also appreciate the occasional (techno) party night, exploring the city, different foods and cafés, you know, everything that makes living in Berlin worthwhile. Other than that, I like making tours with my bike somewhere in Brandenburg, having picnics in parks, going to record stores...
I don't smoke and like to be active. Going to concerts is (was) a real hobby and sometimes I spend my days on a orchard in Brandenburg to escape the big city life. But enough about me, I wanna hear from you! :)
