Das Zimmer befindet sich zum ruhigen Innenhof. Es ist 20qm groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kleiderstange, Bett, Spiegel etc. Es hat einen schönen Dielenboden und Stuck an der Decke. Ein sehr schön sanierter Altbau.

Die Wohnung hat zwei große Wohnzimmer mit zwei Balkonen und zwei Bäder. Ein Wohnzimmer dient als Speisezimmer und gemeinsamer Aufenthaltsraum. Das andere ist als kleines Heimkino mit einem Beamer ausgerüstet. Es besteht somit genug Platz, um sich zurückzuziehen, aber auch um Austausch mit den anderen Mitbewohnern zu haben. Wir sitzen gerne bei einer Runde FIFA zusammen oder trinken gemeinsam ein Feierabendbierchen auf dem Balkon.
The room faces the quiet inner courtyard. It is 20 square meters large and equipped with everything you need. Desk, wardrobe, clothes rail, bed, mirror etc. It has a nice floorboard and stucco on the ceiling. A very nice renovated old building.
The apartment has two large living rooms with two balconies and two bathrooms. There is therefore enough space to retreat, but also to have exchange with the other roommates. We like to sit together for a round of FIFA or drink a beer on the balcony.

Praktisch gegenüber der Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen befindet sich der Lietzensee zum joggen oder ausruhen. Auch der Schlosspark Charlottenburg istnicht weit entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Denns, LPG, Lidl) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu finden.
Die Anbindung ist hervorragend durch die Lage nahe der U-Bahnstation Kaiserdamm (U2) und der S-Bahnstationen (ICC, Charlottenburg).
Insgesamt ist Charlottenburg ein sehr angenehmes und ästhetisches Wohnumfeld.
Practically opposite the apartment with two balconies is the Lietzensee for jogging or relaxing. The Schlosspark Charlottenburg is also not far away. Shopping facilities (Rewe, Denns, LPG, Lidl) are within 5 minutes walking distance.
The connection is excellent due to the location near the subway station Kaiserdamm (U2) and the suburban train stations (ICC, Charlottenburg).
All in all Charlottenburg is a very pleasant and aesthetic living environment.
In der Wohnung leben ein Architekt, ein Politikberater und ein Selbstständiger Fotograf. Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn Du auch berufstätig wärst, damit die Abstimmungen einfacher funktionieren.
