Furnished 19 sqm room with a 3,30 m stucko ceiling in a cosy apartment of 120 sqm on offer. You will find a shared bathroom, bath tube and a separate shower plus a fully equipped shared kitchen. So you can but you do not need to bring your stuff and you will be fine:. The room can be rented temporarily and you are free to bring your own furniture, if you already got some.
We are looking for a German or international tenant with a great personality and good soul:. If you are a sociable international, self-dependent, laid-back individual that already has a bit of traveling experience and are in your late studies or early working life - this is for you.
It is located in the Kaiser-Friedrichstraße sandwiched between bustling, international KuDamm, Kantstraße (Longest restaurant street in Berlin) and the Lietzensee (a local lake). It is located in one of the most upcoming places in Berlin, the variety of food places ranges from authentic Cantonese kitchen (Good Friends) to the best Italian restaurants Berlin as well as the hippest asian fusion (893 Riotei).
There are several independent cinemas and one of the most respected theaters (Schaubühne) in walking distance and you can enjoy a sunny afternoon at the in Schlosspark Charlottenburg, or on our balcony. Olympia Stadium is 10 minutes by S-Bahn and so is Potsdamer Platz and Alexander Platz (15 min). You also find plenty of nightclubs and bars.
You prefer doing sports? There are great running paths around that we can share with you and you will find several gyms as well as a public swimming pool within 5 minutes. Above that we are well connect to public transport with S-Bahnstation Charlottenburg.
It does not matter, where you are from and where head to, but I like, if it is special and matters to you! It also would be great, if you enjoy sports and a bit of the cultural life or even work in that field. But these are all optional.
