Hello guys,
I am renting my room in my time of abscence. I will we leaving Berlin for some time and would like to leave my room to someone from beginning of May until beginning of July.
I live in a lovely WG with three good friends. Our flat was fully renovated in 2018. We have one big bathroom with bathtub and rainshower and also another small bathroom with only sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with several coffee machines as well as everything you need for cooking and well-being.
Furtermore, we have 250mbit Internet and there will be a fully equipped work space in the room.
Since we all more or less work and follow some certain routine, I would rather not like to rent the place to people who just started the study life.
Feel free to get in touch and if you need further pictures of the other rooms, dont hesitate to ask :)

You have several grocery shops very close by (2-10 min walking) and also the U2/U7 (5 min) and S-Bahn (10min) is very close and easy to reach.
There is a big shopping street with a mall 6 min away by feet and also nice restaurants of all origines as well as bars.
All my flat mates are really nice, heart-warming and open minded persons. We have a lot of fun together cooking, spending time outside, doing sports or other things. Under the week we are all busy with work or university so it is not a general party wg where it is very hard to find sleep.
If you consider to apply, please tell me what your hobbies are and what you like to do in your freetime. ;)
