17m2, window towards the east, no adjoining walls to the two other rooms, can be furnished or unfurnished, for a couple of months or long term.
The quoted rent is an estimate including everything (rent, utilities, heat, electricity, GEZ, cable, commission, furniture). If one or more of these things turn out to be priced differently, I will reimburse you or charge accordingly. With especially the heating prices being as unpredictable as they are right now, that's the best we can do at this point. I estimated generously, so if we manage to keep our heating to a minimum, we might get away with less.
The last photo is a picture of my current apartment so that you can see what kind of furniture etc. I will be bringing and what living with me might look like.

Me, 35, German-American, grew up in Berlin but lived in New York, Munich and Frankfurt in the past couple of years, architect and hotelier by trade, love hosting events for friends, reading, movies, (life) music, nature, and am physically lazy a.f. (so won't be your new jogging/boulder/gym buddy). Besides a full-time job I'm also doing my masters in sustainable architecture part time, so I won't have too much spare time in the next year and a half. I have lived alone and lived with others, am happy to hang out but also need alone time. Shared food, binging Friends for the umpteenth time or sharing the occasional glass of wine / piece of pie are very welcome :)
And:
my black Labrador Bo, 7 years, well trained and easily excited, super curious and loves being part of everything. He's allowed on the couch but not in the kitchen, barely barks and is great around kids. Might make a decent jogging buddy if you feel like it but enjoys his 18 hours of sleep just as much :)
You are:
Age 25-45, well rounded adult, gender / sexual orientation / family status / nationality doesn't matter (as long as you don't constantly bring it up), like to hang out but want and can give personal space, laid-back, no drugs (at home), no trash-tv, clean but not sterile, interested in the world, and most importantly: super cool with dogs! He is super nice, but big and definitely present, won't leave you alone and will leave hair everywhere. You need to be aware and ok with it, in order for all of us to really be comfortable and feel at home.
