Bei uns wird ein wunderschönes großes Zimmer frei! Es ist sehr hell mit zwei Fenstern nach Westen, mit direkter Sonne am Nachmittag mit schönem Dielenboden und hohen Decken samt Stuck.
Die Wohnung im 4. Stock (Lift) liegt in einem Altbau mitten im Herzen Charlottenburgs. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche UND Badewanne sowie ein kleines Gäste-WC, eine große gemeinsame Küche und ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Platz für teure Fahrräder. Wir haben einen Gefrierschrank, eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler.

Very big room, bright with two windows facing west with direct sun in the afternoon. Beautiful wooden floor, with some furniture inside as by now. Very high and beautiful ceilings.
Our spacious apartment is in the 4th floor (elevator) and has everything you need. There is one big bathroom with a shower and a bathtub (and a toilet) and a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is suitable for cooking and eating. We have a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Zentral in Charlottenburg, nahe S- und Ubahn (auch Regionalzüge halten z.B. Richtung Potsdam) und sehr gut angebunden. Sehr schöne Parks und Straßen in direkter Umgebung, Fußgängerzone in 500m Entfernung mit allen möglichen Geschäften, ganz in der Nähe zweimal die Woche Markt. Restaurants in der Umgebung sehr vielfätlig und seht gut, für gutes Nachtleben nimmt man besser die Ubahn ;)

Central in Charlottenburg, close to S- and Ubahn (also regional train connections, e.g. to Potsdam) and very well connected.
Very beautiful Parks and Streets in the direct sorroundings, pedestrian precinct within 500m with all necessary shops and more, close by two times a week we have a nice market. Restaurants around are manfold and very good, for good nightlife you better take the metro ;)
Wir suchen MitbewohnerInnen, die länger in Berlin bleiben wollen und die mittelfristig im nächsten Jahr unsere bisherige Mitbewohnerin im gemeinsamen Vertrag ersetzen und damit einer der drei Hauptmieter werden. Dafür bedarf es einer gewissen finanziellen Sicherheit und Stabilität.
