We are renting a giant Altbau room with two large windows for a month and a half. The room is available from 15. Of September till first of December. The rent is all included 650€ per month and the room is furnished.

We live on the ground floor and the street is very quiet with low traffic.
The apartment is fully equipped and has:
- a washing machine
- a dishwasher
- big fridge with more than enough room for 3 people
- wifi (the fastest there is 1000 mbps)
- a fully functioning and equipped kitchen for cooking, etc.
- a large bathroom with a rain showerhead
- Harwood floors
- modern windows
- tall celling
I, Hamid, speak fluently German, English and Persian. I am a writer by profession, so I most of my time I work from home or by the river on our beautiful half island. Oscar is speaking french and English hence; English is the common language in our WG. He is working in a office and he is not there during office hours. we are not a party WG and respect each other needs for quiet and peaceful environment. The most important things to us are easy communication, keeping the apartment clean and respecting each other’s privacy.
We do love to have a cup of tee/coffe and have a Convo about everything and nothing in our kitchen or by the river on the weekend and have a beer with/or share a pizza ;)

Edeka, restaurants and späti/DHL are a 2-5 min walk away. Turmstraße also has anything you need (DM, Rewe, pharmacies, banks, etc).
We are in the TU neighborhood. Ernst Reuter Platz is 10 min by bike or direct bus. We are surrounded by the Spree, so you can go visit our friends the ducks whenever you want :)
