Das Zimmer ist großzügig (23 qm) und voll möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch, 2 Stühlen, Regal und 2er Couch und hat schönes, altes Eichenholzparkett. Durch die Terrassentür betritt man die große Terrasse (ca. 10 qm), die der Mieterin dieses Zimmers exklusiv zur Verfügung steht. Eine Bank, ein Tisch und zwei Stühle gehören auch zur Terrasse. Der Garten ist schön, groß und wild und darf von allen Mieterinnen mitbenutzt werden. Die Küche bietet Platz zum Kochen und essen und ist voll ausgestattet, u.a. mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und allem, was man braucht. Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine für die Mieterinnen zur Verfügung. Das Bad ist klein, aber zweckmäßig und verfügt über Toilette, Waschbecken mit Spiegel und Duschkabine. Bad und Küche ist mit den zwei anderen, netten und ruhigen Mieterinnen zu teilen. Hier lässt es sich schön und ruhig leben; wir wünschen uns ebenso ruhige Mieterinnen, keine Partypeople. :) Wir, die Vermieter, sind ein Künstlerehepaar und wohnen im ersten Stock des Hauses. Wir freuen uns auf Deine Mail!
The room is spacious (23 sqm) and fully furnished with bed, cupboard, table, 2 chairs, shelf and a couch; it has a beautiful old wooden oak floor. The room has its own patio (10 sqm), exclusive to the tenant of this room. A bench, a table and two chairs are part of the patio. The garden is big, beautiful and wild and may be used by all tenants. The kitchen is good for cooking and dining and fully equipped with everything you need, including fridge and dishwasher. In the cellar there is a washing machine for the tenants.The bathroom is small but has everything needs: toilet, sink and shower. Bathroom and kitchen are to be shared with the other two female tenants, who are very nice and calm. This is a great place to live peacefully and quietly; we are looking for tenants who are just that; no party people. :) We, the landlords, are an artist couple, living on the first floor. We are looking forward to your Email!
In 3 Gehminuten ist man mitten auf dem FU Campus. Nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt fährt der Bus 101, 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist der S-Bahnhof Botanischer Garten. Dort findet man auch einen Pennymarkt, Bäcker, Post und andere kleine Geschäfte. Mit der S1 ist man im Handumdrehen mitten in der Stadt.
3 minutes walking and you're right in the middle of the FU campus. 2 minutes away there is a bus stop line 101. In 10 minutes you reach the S-Bahnhof Botanischer Garten. There you also find a Supermarket, bakery, post office and other small shops. With the S-Bahn S1 you reach the inner city in the wink of an eye.
Die anderen zwei Mieterinnen sind berufstätig bzw. studieren und sind teilweise oft nicht zu Hause. Von daher ist es keine klassische "Wir-kochen-zusammen-und-hängen-gemeinsam-ab"-WG. Mieterinnen können auch mal wechseln, da wir (mit einer Ausnahme) nur auf Zeit vermieten (bis max. 12 Monate).
Hier lässt es sich schön und ruhig leben; wir wünschen uns ebenso ruhige Mieterinnen, keine Partypeople. :) Wir, die Vermieter, sind ein Künstlerehepaar und wohnen im ersten Stock des Hauses.
The other tenants have jobs or study and are not home much at times. So, this is not the classic "we-cook-and-hang-out-together" flat share. The tenants can change, since we (with one exception) only rent out for a limited time (up to 12 months tops).
