Hello,
I'm happy to offer someone to take over my room long term. The room is extremely comfortable. It comes half furnished with the bed, desk and shelves.
Even though there is a bunk bed I am renting to one person only, but guests are allowed for short-stay if it's okay with other roommates.
As for the rest of the flat, you have a big kitchen/dining room available, and one bathroom, both sufficiently equipped.
The roomates are smokers, so smoking is allowed in the kitchen, but not in the room.
The room is free to move in today, but Anmeldung is possible from next month.
-Quiet, residential, and safe neighborhood
-Convenient access to S-Bahn Ring stations Landsberger Allee and Frankfurter Allee (15-20 min) and Alexandarplatz (30 min)
-Proximity to a huge Asian market
-The pin on the map is not completely accurate, but it is very closeby.
You will be living with Firas (33) and Harsh (23). They are very nice and always happy to help so you will feel very comfortable. Another roommate Maria (23) is just renting her room, but lives with her partner elsewhere.
-Flexible dates may be possible, let's discuss!
