The room is about 24 square meters, furnished with a double bed, one big sofa, one desk, and one wardrobe.
There’s a lot of light, and the room was recently painted white.

The apartment is just a couple meters away from two great bus stations. There you can take the 140 bus and the M43. The nearest subway station is paltz der lueftbruecke and it is about 10 minutes by foot. 15’ away you’ll find the train/sbahn bahn station of südkreuz.

Victoria park is very close and a rewe that closes at 23h is less than 300m away.

The sector is quiet and green.

I’m a 30 years old linguistics student, currently trying to find motivation to write my thesis and finally graduate from this masters program. I recently came back from Colombia (where I’m originally from) and I’m in the midst of settling down back in the city.

I envision my daily life going three days a week to work and the rest of the week working on my thesis, doing yoga, riding my bike, doing weekend excursions, or going out with friends. You may want to join some of these activities. I’d also love to start going to the gym, and having somebody to go with would be amazing!

I’d like to play more and more regularly board games. I play sporadically, but I always have so much fun that I’d like to make it a regular thing, so contribution of any kind is welcomed too!

I like to share and talk with people, but I’m ok with not sharing much time together as well. Let me know your thoughts in that regard.

Queer friendly

The building is going y through a renovation process and its facades are covered with scaffolding. They shouldn’t stay there for a long time, but there’s no concrete deadline for them to be removed.

Some of the inconvenientes could be:
