ich suche eine*n Mitbewohner*in für ein schönes, helles 20qm großes Zimmer in meiner liebevoll eingerichteten und gemütlichen Wohnung in Berlin-Pankow (Französisch-Buchholz Süd). Ich selbst lebe im Nestmodell und nutze die Wohnung nur tage- bzw. wochenweise.
Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert, hat Dielenböden, Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, eine gemütliche Küche und einen Keller mit viel Platz. Das angebotene Zimmer ist schön hell und ist zum ruhigen Hof gelegen.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten OG eines ruhigen Hauses mit freundlichen Nachbarn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig verfügbar. Es besteht eine gute Verkehrsanbindung an Straßenbahn und S-Bahn. Naturspaziergänge an der Panke und durch ruhige Wohnviertel sind möglich. Parkplätze sind kein Problem.
Ich biete das Zimmer für 580 Euro warm im Monat. Bei Interesse melde dich gern.
