ich hoffe, es geht dir gut. Das Zimmer ist seit Februar frei und wird möbliert für einen Monat vermietet (Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Bett, Matratze und Kleiderschrank), bei längerem Bedarf kann es nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter auch längerfristig vermietet werden.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr schön und ruhig, ganz in der Nähe der Schloßstraße, wo man alles findet, was man braucht. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants und Bars in der Nachbarschaft. Supermärkte und Banken sind 4 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die S-Bahn-Station (S1 Feuerbachstraße) ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die U-Bahn-Station (U9 Walter Schreiber Platz) ist nur 9 Minuten entfernt.
Du würdest mit Austin (35), der Vollzeit arbeitet und gerne Fifa spielt, Finn und Maria (Paar), die studieren und arbeiten und Anfang 20 sind, zusammenleben. Es wäre ideal, wenn Sie auch arbeiten oder studieren würden, um perfekt in die WG zu passen.
Das Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert gemietet werden. Bei Bedarf könnte ich Ihnen auch einige meiner Möbel verkaufen.

I hope you are well. The room is vacant since February and can be rented furnished for one month (desk, chair, bed, mattress and closet), or if needed for a longer period it can also be rented long term if agreed with the Vermieter.
The area is very nice and quiet, very close to the Schloßstrasse where you can find everything you need. There are some restaurants and a few bars in the area. Supermarkets and banks within 4 minutes walking distance.
The s Bahn station (S1 Feuerbachstrasse) is only 5 minutes walking distance and the U Bahn station (U9 Walter Schreiber Platz) is 9 minutes away.
You would live with Austin (35) who works full time and likes to play fifa, Finn and Maria (couple) who both study and work and are in their early 20's. It would be ideal if you also work or study to fit in perfectly in the WG.
The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. If necessary I could sell you some of my furniture.
