Die Mietdauer beträgt mindestens einen Monat. Das Ankunftsdatum ist flexibel.

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, um in ganz Berlin zu fahren: sie ist 2 Minuten von der U9, der S1 und allen Bussen entfernt, die am Walter-Schreiber-Platz vorbeifahren (es gibt viele davon:)).
Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist nett. Wir nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander und rauchen deshalb nicht in der Wohnung und haben keine Riesenpartys, aber Besucher*innen sind immer willkommen (auch zum übernachten).
Mit Untermietvertrag, aber wegen der kurzen Zeit leider ohne Anmeldung.

3-person shared flat.
Furnished room available between 17 February and 10 April
500€ per month. Rent that includes EVERYTHING! NO utilities (e.g. electricity or internet fees) to be paid extra.
The minimum rental period is one month. The arrival date is flexible.
Deposit in the amount of 300€.
The flat is ideally located for travelling all over Berlin: it is 2 minutes away from the U9, the S1 and all buses that pass Walter-Schreiber-Platz (there are many of them!).
The atmosphere in the flat share is nice. We show consideration for each other and therefore don't smoke in the flat or have huge parties, but visitors are always welcome (even to stay overnight).
With subletting contract, but without Anmeldung.
