Hallo da draussen,
wir sind im April und Mai sehr viel unterwegs und möchten daher unsere Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Wir haben insgesamt 2 Zimmer. Das kleinere wäre dein Schlaf-/Arbeitszimmer, das größere ist unser Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, was du immer als Wohnzimmer nutzen kannst, wenn wir nicht da sind. Aber natürlich gerne auch gemeinsam zum Abendessen und Quatschen, wenn wir da sind.
Das kleine Zimmer wie es auf dem Foto ist, würden wir für dich noch etwas umräumen, ohne den großen Tisch, mit einem Sekretär/Kommode, Kleiderstange, damit du mehr Platz für deine Sachen hast :)
Natürlich gibt es auch ein Bad und eine Küche mit einem kleinen Tisch zum Essen.
Wir werden 3 Wochen im April sowie 3 Wochen im Mai unterwegs sein. Daher hättest du die meiste Zeit die Wohnung für dich.

Hello out there,
We will be away a lot in April and May and would therefore like to offer our flat for that time. We have 2 rooms in total. The smaller one would be your bedroom/study, the larger one is our living room and bedroom, which you can always use as a living room when we're not there. But of course we can also use it together for dinner and chatting.
We would rearrange the small room as it is in the photo for you, without the large table, with a secretary/dresser and clothes rail, so that you have more space for your things :)
Of course there is also a bathroom and a kitchen with a small table for eating.
We will be travelling for 3 weeks in April and 3 weeks in May. So you would have the flat to yourself most of the time.
Ruhig im Hinterhof im schönen Friedenau (Schöneberg) quasi direkt am Ubahnhof und nicht weit von der S-Bahn und Bussen. Auch Supermärkte und Co. sind sehr nahe.
Quite in the Backyard in Friedenau (Schöneberg). Close to Ubahn, Sbahn, Busses and Supermarkets.
Wir würden uns als sehr offene und unkomplizierte Menschen beschreiben. Wir hatten schon einige Gäste/Freunde/Bekannte bei uns in der Wohnung und freuen uns immer darüber, so mit Leuten in Kontakt zu kommen und unsere Wohnung nutzbar zu machen - vor allem wenn wir viel weg sind.
Wir sind beide Freiberuflich und haben im April/Mai viel auswärtig zu tun.
In der Zeit, wo wir zu Hause sind, wird Jonathan von zu Hause arbeiten (im großen Zimmer) und Stella die meiste Zeit ins Büro fahren. Abends kochen wir gerne ab und zu was und freuen und da auch immer über Gesellschaft - oder wir gehen ins Theater, Kino oder zu Spieleabenden.
An den Wochenenden unternehmen wir gerne so viel wie möglich tagsüber und Abends.
Je nach dem, würden wir natürlich versuchen, dir so viel Freiraum wie möglich zu geben. :)

We would describe ourselves as very open and uncomplicated people. We have already had a few guests/friends over and are always happy to socialize with people and to make use of our flat - especially when we are away a lot.
We are both freelancers and have a lot to do away from home in April/May.
When we are at home, Jonathan will be working from home (in the big room) and Stella will be in the office most of the time. In the evenings, we like to cook something from time to time and are always happy to have company - or we go to the theatre, cinema or games nights.
At the weekends, we like to do as much as possible during the day and in the evening.
Depending on the situation, we would of course try to give you as much freedom as possible. :)
Wichtig wäre uns natürlich, dass du unsere Wohnung ordentlich hältst und das du keine Parties schmeißt. ;) Ansonsten werden wir dir aber alles Zeigen, was es in der Wohnung zu wissen gibt und was uns besonders wichtig ist.
Super wäre es, wenn du unsere vielen Pflanzen gießen kannst. Wenn du da aber gar keine Lust drauf hast, finden wir auch eine Lösung.

Of course, it would be important to us that you keep our flat tidy and that you don't throw any parties. ;) Apart from that, we will show you everything there is to know about the flat and what is particularly important to us.
It would be great if you could water our many plants. But if you don't feel like it, we'll find a solution.
