DEIN ZIMMER:
Du bekommst ein wunderschönes, helles, vollmöbliertes Dachgeschoss-Zimmer mit Dielenboden, Dachbalken und hoher Decke. Es ist ca. 5x3 Meter groß und unter dem Dachfenster kannst du beim Einschlafen die Sterne zählen. Hier steht auch schon ein großer Kleiderschrank, ein Design-Regal, ein Massivholz-Schreibtisch, ein großer Spiegel und ein kuscheliges Bett (160x200cm) für dich bereit.

BAD:
Das große und luxuriöse Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine fette Badewanne direkt unter dem Dachfenster. Ich hab's komplett saniert und zu einem "Little Spa" ausgebaut. Und hier gibt's 'ne blubbernde Überraschung.

KÜCHE:
Die große, top-ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein. Leider bin ich da nicht so talentiert, aber ich esse gerne (auch Fleisch). Alles an Küchengeräten, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien ist vorhanden, inkl. Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine. Und absurd viele Gewürze und Tee-Sorten.

WOHNZIMMER & BALKON:
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und bietet Platz zum gemütlichen Essen, Abhängen oder Sport machen (sollte ich öfter mal nutzen). Der Süd-West-Balkon ist ein kleines "Chill Paradies". Im Sommer kann man hier perfekt relaxen und sich den ganzen Tag in der Sonne brutzeln lassen. Hier wachsen Bambus, Sonnenblumen, Erdbeeren, Lavendel und Kräuter. Dazu gibt's einen weiten Ausblick über West-Berlin und fast jeden Tag traumhaft schöne Sonnenuntergänge.

ZU MIR:
Ich bin 44 (gefühlt 33), WG-erfahren, humorvoll, kreativ, lache gerne, genieße das Leben und liebe die Karibik. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Jamaikanisch. Als Selbstständiger mit kleinem Startup-Unternehmen hab ich beruflich mit Musik, Startups, Social Media, Marketing und Design zu tun.

Ich arbeite im Homeoffice und war vor Corona noch regelmäßig als DJ von Toronto bis Moskau in der Weltgeschichte unterwegs (Reggae/Dancehall/Afrobeats/HipHop). Meine epischen Party-Zeiten sind aber eher vorbei. Wir können trotzdem gerne hin und wieder ein paar Leute einladen, twerken oder gemeinsam Berlin unsicher machen. Sonst mach ich Musik, schreib Songs, höre Podcasts, fotografiere und liebe es neue Menschen und Kulturen kennen zu lernen. Ich war schon in über 30 Ländern und hab entsprechend viele Erfahrungen und crazy Geschichten gesammelt.

Ausserdem liebe ich Standup Comedy und hab 'ne Leidenschaft für DIY und Innendesign entwickelt, was sich in Ausstattung und Licht-Design in der gesamten Wohnung zeigt. Btw. ich rauche (#420), bin aber absolut kein Hänger, sondern immer produktiv und kreativ.

Ich mag smarte, kreative und leicht verrückte Menschen. Du solltest progressiv und weltoffen sein, mit einer positiven Lebenseinstellung, jemand der gerne lacht, mit dem man über News, Politik und die Welt diskutieren und ab und zu gemeinsam kochen, Netflix bingen oder feiern gehen kann. Wichtig sind mir Humor, Ehrlichkeit und ein entspannter und toleranter Umgang. Das jeder auch seine Ruhe braucht und seinen eigenen Dreck wegmacht, versteht sich von selbst.

Seit 2019 hab ich einen großen Schlappohr-Hund namens "Macey". Sie kommt aus'm Tierschutz und ist wahnsinnig süß und sehr schlau. Wenn du Hunde magst, wirst du sie lieben 💯❤️ Für weitere Hunde/Katzen/Kinder/Orks ist leider kein Platz. Schildkröten sind okay.

YOUR ROOM:
You will have a beautiful, bright, fully furnished attic room with wooden floor, roof beams and a high ceiling. It is approx. 5x3 meters in size and you can count the stars under the skylight as you fall asleep. There's a large closet, a designer shelf, an oak wood desk, a large mirror and a cozy bed (160x200cm) ready for you.

BATHROOM:
The large and luxurious bathroom has a shower and a fat bathtub directly under the skylight. I've completely renovated it and turned it into a “Little Spa”. And there's a bubbling surprise waiting here.

KITCHEN:
The large, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking. Unfortunately, I'm not that talented, but I love to eat (including meat). All kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided, including a coffee machine and dishwasher. And an absurd number of spices and teas.

LIVING ROOM & BALCONY:
The living room is very bright and offers space to eat comfortably, hang out or do sports (I should do that more often). The south-west-facing balcony is a small “Chill Paradise”. In summer, it's the perfect place to relax and roast in the sun all day long. Bamboo, sunflowers, strawberries, lavender and herbs grow here. There's also an awesome view over West Berlin and beautiful sunsets almost every day.

ABOUT ME:
I am 44 (feeling 33), WG experienced , humorous, creative, like to laugh, enjoy life and love the Caribbean. I speak German, English and Jamaican. As a self-employed person with a small start-up company, I am professionally involved in music, start-ups, social media, marketing and design.

I work from home and before Corona I was still regularly traveling the world as a DJ from Toronto to Moscow (Reggae/Dancehall/Afrobeats/HipHop). But my epic party times are rather over. We can still invite a few people over from time to time, twerk or make Berlin unsafe together. I've had a big floppy-eared dog called “Macey” since 2019. She comes from an animal shelter and is incredibly sweet and very smart. If you like dogs, you'll love her 💯❤️ Unfortunately there's no room for more dogs/cats/children/orcs. Turtles are okay.
