Die knapp 90qm große Wohnung befindet sich auf der 5. Etage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nahe U-/ S- Bahnhof Bundesplatz (U9 & Ring).
Insgesamt ist die gutgeschnittene Wohnung mit allen Notwenidigkeiten ausgestattet: Die Küche verfügt über einen Gasherd mit Backofen, einen Kühlschrank, einem Mixer, einem Toaster und einer Mikrowelle.
Das Wohnzimmer ist u.a. mit zwei gemütlichen Sofas, einem Fernseher und einem Esstisch ausgestattet. Von hier aus hat man auch Zugang zu einer kleinen Terasse.
Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Im Flur gibt es noch Zugang zu einer Speise-/ Besenkammer mit genügend Stauraum. WLAN ist selbstverständlich auch vorhanden! Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrradkeller.

Die Wohnung liegt in Berlin Schöneberg (Friedenau). Der U und S-Bahnhof Bundesplatz ist fußläufig in 7 Minuten zu erreichen, womit man dank des S-Bahn Ringes gute Anbindungen in alle Richtungen der Stadt hat. Verschiedene Buslinien (u.a. M48, M85, 187) und auch die Stadtautobahn sind ebenso schnell erreichbar.
Eine Vielzahl an Ausgeh- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu einer der größten und beliebtesten Einkaufsmeilen Berlins, der Schlossstraße, sind es nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, ansonsten gibt es in der Umgebung noch viele kleine Geschäfte und Cafes. Jeden Mittwoch, Donnerstag und
Samstag findet auf dem Breslauer Platz, direkt am Rathaus Friedenau, ein kleiner Markt statt, wo man u.a. regionale Produkte wie Brot, Obst und Gemüse, Käse, Fleisch und Fisch kaufen kann.
Der Volkspark Wilmersdorf ist fußläufig zu erreichen, wie auch verschiedene kleine Arthouse Kinos.
