Fully furnished room in a very nice WG to subrent.
Busse gibt es direkt am Block, zur S-Bahn S1 braucht man 10 Minuten zu Fuß (und eine Station zur Ringbahn), 13 Minuten zur S2/S25.
Besonders schön ist es mit dem Fahrrad.
Es gibt einen großen Innenhof mit vielen Bäumen und einer Wiese.
Nebenan liegt eine große Gartenkolonie, perfekt zum Joggen. Nicht weit weg ist die Schlossstraße mit zahlreichen Einkaufszentren und Cafés.
In unter 10 Minuten ist man beim nächsten Lidl, Penny und Rewe sind auch nicht viel weiter weg.

Busses are closeby, the nearest sbahn station is 10 minutes by foot (S1). Within one station you will be at the Ringbahn.
There is a big garden colony right by, perfect for running. The nearest shopping street is the Schlossstraße, one of Berlins main hubs.
You can reach the nearest grocery store in under 10 Minutes.
Wir sind: Mario (Student aus Holland), Nada (Masterstudentin aus Ägypten) und Samir (Bürokaufmann, ursprünglich aus Brasilien).
Wir mögen es gerne ruhig und gepflegt (also keine Party-Wg). Für uns ist die WG ein Rückzugsort, in dem wir uns vom stressigen Alltag erholen können; ob bei einem gemeinsamen Abendessen, oder jeder für sich selbst. Für eine reibungslosen Putzplan nutzen wir Flatastic. So genießen wir ein harmonisches und gediegenes Miteinander :-)
