hey, my current flatmate is moving out to live privately and you can sublet his room from October until the end of the year. After that, you can sign a new long-term contract from Jan 1, 2023 directly with the landlord and get anmeldung.
It's a 2-room apartment in a calm and beautiful neighborhood. Both rooms are separated from each other impressively so privacy is guaranteed. The apartment is on the EG floor and your room is facing a shared hof with exclusive access directly from your bedroom. The room comes unfurnished, just with a wardrobe and one chair. If you wish, you can also take over the flatmate's bed with a mattress for free (see pics attached).
Great location close to everything. Bus stop in 1 min walking distance, S train Friedenau in 7 min, U-bahn in 7 too. No trams here, sorry if you're a fan. Supermarkets are just around the corner: Edeka, Netto, Bio, and Rewe. Many amazing cafes, Italian restaurants, pizza joints, and a few spatis too.
I'm your flatmate, 36, freelance creative working from home, love to cook and travel, ride a snowboard, and bike. Don't feel like sharing a lot here publicly but I will be happy to introduce myself during the viewing if you'll have a click with the apartment listing.
Landlady wants males only, just don't be a dick. Preferably, with a clean attitude in the shared areas, respectful, positive vibes, and English speaking.
Anmeldung is possible only from Jan 1, 2023 when you can sign the long-term contract.
