Die Wohnung und das Zimmer sind voll möbliert und ausgestattet.
Die S-Bahnhöfe Fiedenau und Innsbrucker Platz sind fußläufig erreichbar Supermarkt, Apotheke und diverse Restaurants sind innerhalb 5 minuten erreichbar.

The warm rent is 450€, and my landlady is looking for a female tenant who plans on staying in Berlin long term.
