Schönes helles Zimmer in renovierter 2 Zimmer Altbauwohnung. Schöne Dielenböden, hohe Decken, genügend Stauraum. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock des Hinterhauses. Die Wohnung hat eine nagelneue Küche mit Herd, Spülmaschine und einer geräumigen Sitzecke. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne ist klein aber funktionell.
Im Hof oder im Keller kann man Räder unterstellen.
Die Hollsteinische Strasse ist eine wunderschöne Allee mit Kopfsteinpflaster. Kein Durchgangsverkehr, im Hinterhaus ist es ohnehin ruhig. Zum S-Bahnhof Feuerbachstrasse bzw. U-Bahnhof Walter-Schereiber Platz sind es zu Fuss 1-2 Minuten. Direkt in der Strasse gibt es Anwohner Parken.
Zur Schlossstrasse mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es ebenfalls nur 1-2 Minuten Fussweg.
WG wird gerade gegründet. Unsere Tochter hat soeben Abitur gemacht und möchte ab 2023 in Berlin studieren.
Bis dahin sind beide Zimmer als WG Zimmer zu vermieten.
