We're looking for someone to come and live in our big old Altbau for 2 months starting 1.08.2021. The room is 14m2, super light and comes furnished.
There's a living room, a balcony and a big kitchen. There's beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings and french doors. The kitchen is well-stocked and we have everything you need to feel at home straightaway.
**THE FLATMATES**
You'll be living with Leah (that's me), 26 and from the UK, and Mira, 28 and from NYC. Mira likes backgammon and I like table tennis and we both enjoy Schawarma im Brot. We both came to Berlin in September last year and feel pretty fresh here. I'm going back to London in October to start my master's so we're leaving then, but we could probably be flexible-ish with the move out date.
We like a chilled and relaxed vibe and when we're not out and about enjoy sitting around at home, watching telly and occasionally having people round for dinner- we'd love you to join too :-)
**THE LOCATION**
We're equidistant between S Friedenau and S Feuerbachstr. S bahn station, just 10 minutes away from the Schloßstraße with a big high street nearby and a 15 minute walk from Volkspark Wilmersdorf and the best Flea Market in Berlin! Also really close to Schöneberg for that cute café life.
Easy to get to Wedding and Mitte with the U9, Innsbrucker Platz gets you on the Ring, and we're half an hour away with the S1 again from Potsdam, just 30 minutes from the Schlachtensee +Krumme Lanke.
It's €500,- a month all-in (warm), no deposit, easy breezy.
