Hi I'm Simiam,
I have a room available long term for sub-letting in a 2-person WG, as my flatmate is moving out and I am taking over. It will be unfurnished, except for the large wardrobe, which will stay. The location is 100m from the Sbahn ringbahn and U9 Bundesplatz. It's 3rd floor without elevator. Official registration (Anmeldung) is possible.
I'm male, 35, half US-American, half Finnish, scientist during the day and musician + visual arts wannabe on the side (as one is in Berlin). Currently I am finishing my PhD in physics at the Max Planck Institute in Dahlem. I'm pretty busy and occasionally visiting my girlfriend in Munich. So it's a quiet WG overall, but I do enjoy a chat in the evenings or a jam session (Gipsy jazz, Rembetiko on my accordion, other genres on keys, drum set...) You don't have to be a musician though.
