Für den Zeitraum von Anfang Dezember bis Ende Januar (2 Monate) und möglicherweise mit ein paar Wochen Verlängerung vermieten wir dieses cozy Zimmer in einer 2er-WG in Friedenau (Tempelhof-Schöneberg)! Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert, 12qm groß und hat einen Blick zum mitnutzbaren Garten im Innenhof. :) Wenn es passt, würden wir uns freuen, wenn es auch für den Zeitraum keine Zweck-WG ist, sondern man auch etwas zusammen macht. Wir haben außerdem eine recht große Küche, in der man gut kochen und arbeiten kann und wir in der Regel viel Zeit verbringen! Schreibt also gerne auch ein wenig über euch :)
Frei ab 01.12.2022 bis 31.01.2023 (evtl., wenn man sich gut versteht, ist auch April bis Juli möglich, wenn man sich gut versteht, da ist nämlich die andere Mitbewohnerin voraussichtlich weg!)

For the period from December 1 to the end of January (2 months) and possibly with a few weeks extension into February we rent this cozy room in a 2-person shared apartment in Friedenau (Tempelhof-Schöneberg)! The room is fully furnished, 12sqm and has a view to the shareable garden in the courtyard. :) We would be happy if you're also interested in (occasionally) doing something together and not just coexisting, so feel free to write a little about yourselves!
Free from 01.12.2022 until 31.01.2023 (if we get along possibly also April to July (4 months) because the other roommate is expected to be out of Berlin during that time)

You would be living together with 24-year-old master's student. We would like the person moving in to be a quiet and kind person - would love to cook together sometimes, have a glass of wine or do something else together (maybe bar/flea market/cool art exhibition)! :)
Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ist insgesamt 54 qm groß, hat eine große Küche (ca. 16 qm), in der man gut sitzen und arbeiten kann. Das Badezimmer hat außerdem eine Badewanne.
