About me: I am renting my room because I am travelling abroad. I am studying a master's degree in economics at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
You can communicate with both flatmates in German, English and Spanish.
Total price from 01.03 to 10.04 is 740€
500 € deposit is 100% refundable if you leave the room clean and take care of the furniture and other appliances.
Please understand that the deposit is an insurance for the security of my things, those of my flatmates, appliances and furniture in the flat.
You will receive your own keys and the room will be perfectly clean before you arrive.
