A large shared living room of 25m2 and the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven etc.) make this a very pleasant apartment to live in.
Rent is 680EUR per room. The contract is an indefinite sublease. Anmeldung is not possible.
Having lived with two friends for 1 year, the atmosphere in the flat was rather calm during the week, but always very friendly. At weekends, everyone organized their own plans without disturbing each other's sleep or activities. I'd like to keep it that way.
