The room is super quiet on the fifth floor of an sympathetic old building from 1917. The windows are really beautiful wooden windows and the room goes out to the backyard, so it’s very quiet despite the area being very popular for bars, restaurants and clubs. The kitchen and bathroom are both fully equipped. The floor is made out of oak wood. The room has a table, a queen size bed (140x200) and some wardrobes for clothes and other stuff. If you have any questions please go ahead and ask.
The apartment is located about 10 minutes walking from Warschauer Straße S-Bahn and about 8 minutes from Ostkreuz. You can reach the whole city from those stations. Other than that the M13 train is right around the corner and the M10, U5 are also easily reachable. Friedrichshain is for sure one of the most vibrant parts of Berlin and the apartment is about 3 minutes walking from Boxhagener Platz or Boxi and from Simon-Dach Straße. Here you can find the best Restaurants in town. Great cheap food and coffee on every corner and streets packed with people on the weekend. What else can you ask for?
Hello, I am Dani and I have been living in the flat for two years. Its a two room apartment and the life is pretty easy. Three days a week i will work regularly and then from time to time another two days, hopefully very often. In the evening I will either cook or buy something quick. There is no specific rules, just be tidy and clean and respectful to your environment and you will get back just that. Smoking is possible in the kitchen, week and alcohol is not prohibited, but not to be used excessively. And yeah I think we will get along. Oh i dont like manipulative or fake behaviour and I will realize when it occurs.
