Hello I’m subletting my room from the 11th of august till the 25th of September for 400€ each month (ergo 800€ in total 😇).
It receives a lot of natural sun light and has a door to the balcony, but stays quite cool since we’re on the first floor, which makes it a very nice place to be in during the summer months. Especially since the Volkspark Friedrichshein is almost our backyard :)
You would be sharing the flat with two other very nice and kind women in their early twenties.
The apartment is thankfully very well connected, in 15 minutes you can be at the Alexander Platz, Warschauer Straße, Eberswalder Straße or Rosenthaler Platz. Were within walking distance to the S Bahn station Landsberger Allee.
