Hi,
mein Name ist Matthias, da meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin auszieht, steht ab sofort ein möbliertes Zimmer in Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg für dich bereit. Wichtig ist, es wäre ohne Anmeldung.

Das Zimmer hat etwa 28qm, ist soweit komplett möbliert, hat eine große relativ neue Couch, ein Bett, einen Fernseher, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel. Die Möbel sind nicht bis auf die Couch, nicht die neuesten, aber in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist schön hell und relativ groß.

Die Wohnung ist in der Rochowstr, 10245 Berlin. Durch die Hauptstraße kann es im Sommer mit Feierabendverkehr und mit offenem Fenster etwas lauter sein, wenn das Fenster zu ist hört man davon nichts. Die nächste Sbahn ist an der Warschauer Straße oder am Ostkreuz, beides ca. 12min Fußweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Lidl, Aldi, Rewe) 5-15min Fußweg. Du musst nur über die Straße und kannst am Spreeufer spazieren gehen.

Über mich
Ich bin 33 Jahre, komme ursprünglich aus der Nähe von Heidelberg und bin vor drei Jahren hauptsächlich an dem Interesse in einer Stadt mit vielen verschiedenen Nationalitäten zu leben und an der Startup-Szene nach Berlin gezogen. Ich würde mich allgemein als sehr ambitionierten, zielstrebigen, sportlichen, hilfsbereiten, sensiblen, reflektierten, gesprächigen Mann bezeichnen. Befasse mich gerne mit Themen wie Nachhaltigkeit, Ernährungsweisen, Gesundheit, Psychologie, Spiritualität, Longevity,Investments und vieles mehr;). Ich habe 7 Jahre vegan gelebt und esse aktuell vegetarisch. Ich reise gerne, war bisher in Ländern wie Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Australien, Neuseeland und zuletzt mit einem Campervan in Paris und Barcelona unterwegs. Meine Zeit verbringe ich neben der Arbeit hauptsächlich mit Sport und teilweise mit Meetups, Stand Up Comedy oder mal einem Spaziergang über den Wochenmarkt.

Wichtig für das Zusammenleben ist mir eine gute Harmonie, Humor, Respekt, Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Ich bin definitiv kein Partymensch mehr, lege viel Wert auf guten Schlaf und mag es eher ruhig Zuhause. Für gemeinsame Unternehmungen bin ich offen, muss aber nicht auf Zwang sein, jeder keine seinen generell Sport, dein Lieblingsrezept kochen, gehe auf Flohmärkte oder Film schauen. Kann, muss aber nicht. Ich bin offen für jede Herkunft, Geschlecht, Interessen und Alter, solange das Zusammenleben passt und wir uns gut verstehen.

Hi,
my name is Matthias, since my current roommate is moving out, I have a furnished room available for you in Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg. Important is, it would be without registration.

The room has about 28 square meters, is completely furnished, has a large relatively new couch, a bed, a TV, desk and closet with mirror. The furniture is not the newest except for the couch, but it's fine. The room is nice and bright and relatively large.

The apartment is in Rochowstr, 10245 Berlin. Due to the main street it can be a bit noisy in summer with evening traffic and with the window open, if the window is closed you don't hear anything. The next suburban train is at Warschauer Straße or Ostkreuz, both about 12 minutes walk. Shopping facilities (Netto, Lidl, Aldi, Rewe) 5-15min walk. You only have to cross the street and can go for a walk along the banks of the Spree.


About me
I am 33 years old, originally from near Heidelberg and moved to Berlin three years ago mainly because I was interested in living in a city with many different nationalities and in the startup scene. I would generally describe myself as a very ambitious, determined, sporty, helpful, sensitive, reflective, talkative man. I like to deal with topics such as sustainability, nutrition, health, psychology, spirituality, longevity, investments and much more;). I have been vegan for 7 years and currently eat vegetarian. I love traveling and have been to countries like Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand and most recently in a campervan in Paris and Barcelona. Apart from work, I spend most of my time doing sports and sometimes attending meetups, stand-up comedy or taking a walk through the weekly market.

Good harmony, humor, respect, cleanliness and order are important to me when living together. I'm definitely no longer a party person, attach great importance to a good night's sleep and prefer a quiet home. I'm open to doing things together, but I don't have to be forced to do them, everyone can do their own sport, cook their favorite recipe, go to flea markets or watch movies. Can, but does not have to. I am open to any origin, gender, interests and age, as long as we get along well and live together.
