This 90m² period loft is located in the heart of idyllic Kreuzberg, between the upcoming Bergmann- and Gräfekiez neighborhoods. The very central location offers optimal transport links through 4 metro lines as well as park and water access in immediate walking distance.
The flat features 2(+1) double bedrooms, lounge area with open kitchen, large bath, dining room and TV area. With its 4 meter high ceilings, newly refurbished in a cosy industrial design the flat is a masterpiece in Kreuzberg.
The loft-like combination of an open kitchen, dining room and cosy TV area invites you to enjoy the warm atmosphere of the flat. The apartment features treasuries curated throughout my frequent travels. However, the focus is on minimalistic space and authenticity rather than on shiny designer objects. Historic wooden floors, tasteful and individual furniture underline the calm and warm feeling of the space. I think its fair to say that the guests feel at ease immediately.
Set-up: The flat features two double bedrooms for four+ people and a spacious bathroom. Design matters and so I inserted an ambient glass-steel wall, which offers additional space for another two persons in total. The glass division has replaced the brick wall so you can look through the entire length of the property during the day, but can also cover it fully with a roll-up at night to have your total privacy.
The heart of the space definitely is the fully equipped kitchen, ideal for relaxed cooking in small groups and enjoying a pleasant dinner afterwards in the dining room. Altogether the space is most atmospheric at night, when the warm light creates a cosy feeling. Impossible to capture on pictures, you're invited to come and experience for yourself.
