vom 1. Juni bis 30. September biete ich ein Zimmer (möbliert) in meiner grossen und ruhigen Altbauwohnung in Kreuzberg zur Untermiete, inkl. Mitbenutzung von Küche, Bad, Wlan, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, etc. etc. ...

Über mich: ich bin einerseits seit vielen Jahren bildender Künstler und Regisseur, andererseits aber auch ganz bürgerlich als Bestatter tätig - dh. ich stehe viermal in der Woche sehr früh auf und gehe arbeiten.
Und sofern nicht meine Freundin hier zu Besuch ist, lebe ich eigentlich ganz entspannt alleine, denke aber, die Wohnung hätte auch genug Platz für zwei.

Über Dich: wenn Du ebenfalls künstlerisch tätig bist, wäre das toll, das muss aber nicht. Du kannst auch gerne älter und berufstätig sein - ich bin das ja auch. Und wenn wir uns fliessend verständigen können - deutsch oder englisch - wäre das bestimmt für uns beide gut.
Schreib einfach zwei kurze Zeilen über Dich und was Dich nach Berlin geführt hat - bitte (!) keinen "Roman" :-) - ich bin gespannt.

Die Konditionen: monatlich 480.- Euro pauschal, 240.- Euro Kaution und eine Kopie von Deinem Personalausweis / Pass. Ein Untermietvertrag ist möglich, wenn wir uns auf länger als sechs Wochen einigen.
