Hello! I am renting out my lovely room in Friedrichshain for 2 months while I am away travelling for work.
The room is lovely and bright with a double bed and plenty of storage space. I will be clearing out ample space for your belongings but would perhaps leave a suitcase or two of clothes behind while I am away.
The flat is beautiful and cozy, with a real homely feel. We have a large living room with sofa and TV and a kitchen with a balcony.
This is a two person WG and so you would be sharing with one male roommate. There is also a cat who it would be very important that you could contribute to taking care of whilst living there (this means only making sure she is fed and happy!).
Smoking is allowed on the balcony but not in the room or apartment please
The rent includes additional & operating cost, furniture, WIFI in the whole loft, washing mashine, dish washer, TV, DVD, Chrome Cast, Bose System, tuner, big couch, full equiped kitchen and bathroom with tub.
There are cushions, duvets, covers & towels to use. You only need to bring your clothes.
It's not possible to bring any furniture, unless you rent a storage somewhere else.

You couldn't ask for better connections, Ostkreuz is just a 5 minute walk away which connects you to the whole city and conveniently to Schonefeld airport
