Big bright room in a shared flat (x-y-you) from May 18 to 25th of July (or to the end). 450 Euro/ month.
Room with furniture, you can use everything from towels to bedsheets, blankets,... kitchen and bathroom everything you need is there! There will be also some of my things, but you will have plenty of space!!!
You can borrow my bike and I am also still looking for someone to overtake my public transportation ticket (AB 63,- monthly).
Non discussible condition: you will share the room with my lovely cat! it is his home and he needs to move freely. OPEN DOORS are a must (don't get paranoid, you are allowed to close it when you need privacy, but nobody living always behind closed doors is welcome)!
Cat is super sweet and friendly, but he maybe wake you up in the morning demanding FOOD! But than, you get fury love. The other compys also will look for him, but it would be awesome if you would take care a little bit of him also (feeding, toilet, play, cuddle). And again, my (your) room is his hotspot!
Besides the kitty, you will find and share some incredible time with two super nice and chilled flatmates, hanging out together, cook, go out , if scheduls and vibes are fitting. But please notice, NOT A PARTY FLAT, wild life is outside! We are easygoing but responsible adults, so be self-responsible (clean your shit after you, take care of cleaning in generel without being told, be responsible with water and light, take care of the equipment, don't be loud in the night, etc. NORMAL THINGS we guess...). We are sharing home and life, but respecting each others duties, rhythem and so on.

Friedrichshain, close to Samariterstraße or Frankfurter Allee Sbahn. Best communication though.
Decent neighbourhood, families, children. Green. But also punky and lefties area.
Party zone, Simon-Dach-Straße, RAW etc. not far away. Also Boxhagener Platz. You'll find anything that you need close by.
