Die Wohnung an sich liegt sehr zentral und ist 5 Minuten vom OSTBHANHOF zu fuss entfernt und 7 min zu U Werbiewiese auch zu fuss entfernt . Zur Alexanderplatz benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Die Miete betrag 250€ warm Miete von 24.08 bis 14.09
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top. Supermarkt ( Penny ,REewe, NeTTO , EDEKA , ca 5 min ) Warschauerstr 5 min mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

I would like to sublet a fully furnished room. from 24.08 to 14.09 since I am on vacation.
The room is located on the 14th floor of a large STUDENT apartment
The apartment itself is very centrally located (Franz Mehring Platz 2, 10243 Berlin) and is 5 minutes walk from the OSTBHANHOF and 7 minutes to U Werbiewiese also on foot away. To Alexanderplatz it takes about 10 minutes by public transport.
The location of the apartment is really great. Supermarket (Penny, REewe, NeTTO, EDEKA, ca 5 min) Warschauerstr 5 min by public transport.
