Ihr seid kurzfristig auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete? Das trifft sich gut. Wir vermieten unser schönes, helles Zimmer (17m²) mit Ostbalkon für einen Monat (November). Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sitzecke). Zur Altbauwohnung (92m²) gehört ein großes Bad (mit Waschmaschine), ein WC/ Abstellkammer und eine große Wohnküche (mit Spülmaschine).
Die Miete (inclusive Möbel, Strom, Gas, GEZ, Internet) beträgt warm 500€.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Graefekiez mit vielen netten Cafés, Bars und verschiedenen Läden. Supermärkte und ÖPNV (Bus, U7, U8) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Hasenheide und das Tempelhofer Feld sind nicht weit entfernt.
Wir (beide Ende 20, berufstätig) würden uns freuen, dich für den November bei uns willkommen zu heißen. Idealerweise arbeitest du auch oder hast einen anderweitig geregelten Tagesablauf, magst es sauber und ordentlich so wie wir und bist auch sonst umgänglich, unkompliziert und angenehm. We are looking for someone to sublet a room with balcony in our 92 m² apartment in Graefekiez, Kreuzberg. The room itself is 17 sq m, fully furnished and you share the bathroom, completely equipped kitchen and living room with us - a couple in our late 20s. We are working full time, go to bed rather early and like a good breakfast on the weekend or a dinner together. Ideally, you are a grown up, open and relaxed person, at work or university during the day and like it clean and tidy as we do.
Cool neighborhood, supermarket, restaurants, bars, M41, U7 & U8 are within walking distance.
Rent including everything is 500€
