Gemütliche und ruhige 2raumwohnung in fhain mit netten Nachbarn. Ein Supermarkt und ein Späti ist gleich unten an der Ecke. Es gibt in der Wohnung ein kleines und ein großes Zimmer. Das kleine Zimmer ist auch zu vermieten, es kann also auch die gesamte Wohnung gemietet werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof. Die Wohnung ist möbeliert.
Die Möbel können aber auch im Keller eingelagert werden. Die Wände werden noch gestrichen. Ggf. auch längerfristiges Mietverhältnis möglich
it is a nice cosy and quiet place in fhain the subway and rinbahn are there in just 5 minutes and a supermercado and späti is just down the corner. the flat has a big room and a small room. who stay in the small room is not sure yet, so you can rent the whole entire flat, too. i hope to meet you soon. i like music. at daytime it is not a problem
Die Gegend oder der Kiez, wie man so sagt, ist angenehm. Eher ruhig und gediegen, viele Familien. Um's Eck ist die Rigaerstrasse bekannt für ihre Szenekneipen, bunten Häusern und Menschen. Alles sehr friedlich und man findet überall ein Plätzchen sich unter andere Menschen zu mischen oder auch für sich zu sein.
Ich bin zurzeit alleine hier bzw meistens gar nicht hier, weil unser Projekt headquarter gewechselt hat. Viele Menschen sind hier in dieser Wohnung schon zusammen gekommen aus allen Ecken der Welt. Viele magische Momente prägen diese "4 Wände".
Wir sind ein Kollektiv aus Freischaffenden und Künstlern.
Unser Schwerpunkt liegt im sozialen und umweltökonomischen Bereich.
Ich geh auch gern mal Feiern vorzugsweise zu elektronischer Musik. Ob im Park, Club oder Bunker. Dieses Jahr werde ich auch wieder auf ein paar Festivals fahren.
Ich interessiere mich außerdem für Internetkultur und Weltpolitische Zusammenhänge. Ich liebe Kunst, XXL Montana Black Dosen, Pollock, KIDULT.
Zeitweise arbeite ich als Journalist.
