Hello!
I am subletting my bright and spacious room in Kreuzberg (in a girl WG), from 7th to 27th of December (can be flexible within that period, feel free to ask). The whole period would be 350 € and if it’s less days we will calculate accordingly (I am calculating according to my exact rent amount). All the pictures from the room in the post are the same room but things have change around a bit since I lived there 2.5 years :) you are also free to move things around when you are there. Currently there is the black space on the side so it’s very good if you need space to practice yoga etc. I am a dancer and Pilates teacher so you are also welcome to use my workout props (just nod the reformer but mentioned it in your request if you have experience with it and would like to use it). There is of course bed with fresh sheets, bed side table, the table desk and chair and the wardrobe will be emptied for you.
The location is great (between Schönleinstrasse and Kottbusser U8 stop). Near Hermannplatz too. Lively/friendly neighborhood with all shops 2min away (Lidl, Netto, Edekka, Rewe, Rossman, etc.) full of nice bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is on the third floor and the room faces an inner courtyard so very quiet for the neighborhood!
The girls who are sharing the WG are calm, respectful and clean and I would like to find someone similar :)
