The appartement is new (3years), has a beautiful wodden floor, still white walls ;) it´s kept well, it is a lively appartement, we love colours and beautiful carpets. 5 rooms on 140qm, from which we are renting out 2 rooms. The Living room is about 40qm with an open stylish vegetarian kitchen with cooking utensilities, big eating table.

We live on a half-island, it´s a quiet place in the middle of the city close to Treptower Park, next to the river Spree. The area is really green, since you have the Treptower Park and Plänterwald around the corner, you can walk around the island and
to the other side to Rummelsburger Bucht, which has a tiny lake. You have 2 busses, which bring you towards Kreuzberg / Alt Treptow / Neukölln and Friedrichshain. You can reach this areas also by walk or bike within some minutes. The trainstation Ostkreuz (15min walk) and Treptower Park (7min walk) are really close.
Our dearest roommate will stay in the appartement, we a small family with 2 kids will go for a mountain trip. So you won´t meet us, but our roommate.
