Hallo :)
Wir sind eine gemütliche Dreier-WG und wohnen seit August 2020 in dieser riesigen Wohnung, die wir uns dank Mietendeckel eine Weile leisten konnten. Ohne Mietendeckel ist uns die Wohnung leider viel zu teuer, aber sie ist sehr schön und momentan noch unser gemütliches Zuhause.
Wir sind Franzi (28 Jahre, Studentin und Sozialarbeiterin), Matthias (31 Jahre, Sozialpädagoge) und eigentlich Lorenzo (35 Jahre, Data Analyst der lieben Art). Lorenzo ist für eine Weile außerhalb Berlins, weswegen ein Zimmer frei ist – vielleicht passen Zimmer und Zeitraum ja für dich?
Es ist uns etwas unangenehm, diesen hohen Preis zu verlangen, (wir wünschten unser Vermieter hätte die gleichen Schamgefühle!) aber der Preis für die Monatsmiete in dem Zimmer ist leider wirklich insgesamt 750 Euro.
Dafür ist das Zimmer riesig, hat schicke Möbel und einen Balkon. Falls du zu zweit mit jemandem suchst, könntet ihr auch zu zweit in das Zimmer – wir beide (Franzi und Matthias) freuen uns über Gesellschaft und sind gesellige Naturen (,die dich aber natürlich auch in Ruhe lassen, wenn du gerade keine Lust auf Spielen, Kochen, Wein trinken mit uns hast..).
Gerne zeigen wir dir mal per Zoom/Whatsapp Video,… das Zimmer und die Wohnung. Wir teilen Küche und Bad und ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa und Mittagssonne.
Die WG Atmosphäre ist sehr harmonisch und entspannt (und dank Putzroboter ist es auch immer sauber!).

Chic antique room with balcony, extra huge bed (2m×2m) and big living area in a shared flat. Located in Berlins charming and central neighbourhood Kreuzberg. With the courts desicion for canceling the rent cap, unfortunately we pay 750 (including everything) for the room now, so we rent the room while my flatmate is not in town from now to 15.06. If you stay less then a month you "only" have to pay the part of the month you stay with us. We moved in as friends together, have a really harmonic atmosphere and do a lot of things together. You are welcome to join!
The room has a huge bed (2m×2m) and a couch. You can also use a part of the wardrobe. The room is part of a shared flat with a bi living room, a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. Gay and straight-friendly
