I am subletting my cozy room with balcony in Friedrichshain for 1.5 months (possibly longer). The room is furnished with a single bed, shelves, clothes line, a desk and chair. The balcony comes with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy the sun up with a book and coffee, when the weather allows! ;) There are two bathrooms in the house.
The flat is located 5 minutes walking from Weberweise and 7 mins walking from Frankfurter tor U-bahn. The nearest S-Bahn is Frankfurter Allee (12 mins) and Alexanderplatz is 3 U-bahn stops away. Boxhagener Platz and Warschauer Straße is about 12 mins walking. We have Rewe, Edeka, Netto within our neighborhood and several Bio shops.
The room is in a 6 persons WG, but separated by a kitchen into two apartments, so there isn't any disturbance. Everyone in the house is working, so we have quiet mornings but sometimes we are hanging out and chilling together in the evenings, over a beer or card games. We also have a rotating cleaning schedule every weekend. We have a great vibe and friendly atmosphere in the flat and we would love to have someone who can fit in.
We are looking for someone who's friendly and wouldn't mind hanging out once in a while with my flatmates (not mandatory, but you'll love them eventually!)
