I'm looking for a responsible and respectful subtenant for my bright and silent room in a flatshare in a central location in Berlin Friedrichshain. The room is free for around three weeks, starting 7.2.2021 - maybe I'm returning even later, so it there is the option to extend. The room is located southwards which means you'll have light the whole day even during the winter months. You'll live with two chilled and openminded other guys (25 and 29). The apartment has everything you need, big balcony included. It's a non-smoker and non-party WG! To apply please tell me a a bit about yourself :)

ich suche einen vertrauenswürdigen und respektvollen Untermieter für mein helles, ruhiges WG-Zimmer in Berlin Friedrichshain. Das Tolle am Zimmer ist, dass es nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, was bedeutet, dass du auch im Winter den ganzen Tag Licht und evtl. auch Sonne hast. Du wohnst in einer 3-er WG mit zwei gechillten jungen Männern (25 und 29 Jahre). Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man braucht, hat einen großen Balkon und ist top angebunden. Ich bin bis mindestens 1.3. weg, über Zeitraum und Preis (je nach Zeitraum) lasse ich aber mit mir sprechen.
Nichtraucher-WG und keine Party-WG! Um dich zu bewerben erzähle mir bitte ein bisschen was von dir :)
