The room has a high bed with a double mattress and two windows—one of them is over the ceiling. That means that when you can look up at the sky as you lay down on the bed. The room has a couch and a desk. It's a small room but it's very cosy and it gets sun during the entire afternoon.
This is located in Kotti (Kottbuser Tor). The street where is located has many restaurants and bars. Only few steps away there is the u-Bahn with u1 and u3 running. There's also de M19 and other busses. Rewe, Lidl, Biocompany and Rossmann are nearby. The Turkish street market on Tuesdays and Fridays it's 10 minutes walk from the flat. A Späti is just next to our building.
You will be sharing the flat with Sebastian. He's a musician and spends every afternoon and evening in his studio. He's quite sociable and interesting. He smokes in the kitchen. Fortunately, for some reason the smell is not a problem if you open the window. Sebastian barely cooks so the kitchen is basically for you. There are all kitchen supplies including and oven and microwave. The bathroom is large compared to the size of the flat, and it has a big, inviting bath.
So this room is available only for 25 days - from July 1st - 26th. This is an open space for anyone who is looking for a place during those dates. Because it's for such a short period, anmeldung is not possible. Sebastian and me are open for questions and any kind of guidance you need.
