Hello everyone,
since I am leaving the city for 16 days, I would like to sublet my beautiful room.
The room is really big with 35 square meters, 3 big windows, wooden floor, high ceilings. stucco and a private balcony. In the morning you have sunshine if you want.
In the room there is a bed, a desk with a chair, a couch, a closet and a chest of drawers that you can use.
Timespan: 13.09.-29.09.
The apartment is really big for three people (127 square meters). Beside the three rooms we have a fully equipped kitchen, which is also about 30qm big and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. The house is located close to the river Spree, between Ostkreuz and Warschauer Str., in a quiet part of Friedrichshain, right on the border to Treptow and Kreuzberg. To Warschauer Str. you walk about 8 minutes, to Ostkreuz 10. Downstairs in the house we have a Greek restaurant. Right in front of the door we have the beautiful Rudolfplatz, a small park with an adjacent playground, where you can hang out in summer ;) Boxi is also closeby
My roommate is Sharon, 31, freelancer with a coaching platform. We enjoy spending time together, both inside and outside the apartment. But everything is very casual, it's important to us that everyone gets their own space - which is actually quite feasible in such a large apartment.
First and foremost, it is important for me to find someone who will take good care of my room and the apartment, who will be tidy, and of course who will get along well with Sharon. Please respect the house rules, the flat is not available for parties or huge gatherings out of respect for the neighbors.
