Der 35m² Raum befindet sich im 5. Stock und ist an einer schönen, hellen Dachterrasse angebunden. Er ist komplett möbliert mit einem Sound System, einerm großen Schreibtisch, einer Couch, einem Esstisch und natürlich einem Bett.
Die Wohnung ist 115m² groß und hat eine extra Gästetoilette, eine Waschmaschine, einn Geschirrspüler, ein Bad mit Dusche und natürlich auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Wifi.
Ich bin vom 20. September bis zum 17. Oktober verreist und möchte daher gerne mein Zimmer untervermieten. Falls du ein paar Tage früher kommst oder später abreisen möchtest, können wir das gegebenenfalls einrichten.
Mein großartigen beiden Mitbewohner Fabi und Hanna sind da, um dir Gesellschaft zu leisten :).
Melde dich sehr gerne, wenn du Fragen haben solltest. Du kannst vorbeikommen und dir die Wohnung anschauen oder ich kann dich auch gerne per Videochat mal durch die Wohnung führen.

The spacy room is located on the 5th floor, is bright and has a large balcony. There is a couch, a desk as well as a sound system. The apartment is located in the vibrant Graefekiez in Kreuzberg which is home to numerous quality food locations as well as various cultural institutions. Major sightseeing and nightlife spots are closeby.
The apartment is 115 m² large and has a washing machine, bathroom with tub, extra guest bathroom, dishwasher, wi-fi and kitchen.
I will be out of town from September 20 to October 17, so I would like to sublet my room. If you want to come a few days earlier or leave later, we can potentially arrange that.
My two amazing flatmates Fabian and Hanna will keep you company if they are at home and answer questions if you need any advice.
