Precio de la habitación: 415€ mensuales, los que se deben pagar como fecha maxima el 27 del mes anterior. A este costo se le suma una garantía de 830€

La habitacion esta amoblada, lo unico que no iría es la comoda con cajones de la habitación.

Esta habitación es la más pequeña de un departamento muy bien ubicado, junto a Valentina y Katherine(los tres somos Chilenos) lo hemos arrendado desde principios de 2020, en un principio solo arrendamos los tres pero luego decidimos subarrendar el espacio común que ahora es ocupado por Javier, quién es de España, como ves todos hablan Español por lo que es importante que manejes algo de Español o sino inglés.

Al llegar nosotros tres hemos firmado un contrato con el dueño del departamento, el cual se ha ido extendiendo siendo este el tercer año. Al yo irme de Berlin, tu llegarias a ocupar mi espacio

Durante todo este tiempo viviendo juntos hemos logrado mantener una muy buena convivencia y eso es debido a ciertas reglas que hemos creado y nos sirven para convivir de forma más amena, es necesario que las conozcas y estés totalmente de acuerdo:

- No se admiten animales
- El arriendo es para personas no fumadoras.
- Horario de silencio en días de semana: desde las 22pm-9am, no fiestas. Los fines de semana siempre se puede conversar en caso de que alguno quiera invitar gente.
- Aseo de baño/cocina semana por medio, como día maximo de aseo el miércoles de la semana correspondiente.
- El aseo de baño incluye: limpiar todas las superficies, inodoro, lavamanos, bañera, repisa, espejo, etc… aspirar, trapear el piso. De vez en cuando lavar alfombra y toallas de mano. Además el encargado de baño también debe bajar cartones, plásticos, botellas de vidrio y latas.
- El aseo de cocina incluye: limpiar todas las superficies, horno, electrodomésticos, muebles, lavaplatos, mesa, refrigerador por fuera, etc… aspirar, trapear el piso. De vez en cuando lavar paños de cocina. Además el encargado de cocina también debe bajar basura común y basura orgánica, las veces que sea necesaria durante su semana a cargo del aseo.
- No usar zapatillas dentro de casa.
- No dejar loza/vasos/tazas/cubiertos/implementos de cocina, en las piezas

This room is the smallest of a very well located apartment, together with Valentina and Katherine (the three of us are Chilean) we have rented it since the beginning of 2020, at first we only rented the three of us but then we decided to sublet the common space which is now occupied by Javier, who is from Spain, as you can see all speak Spanish so it is important that you speak some Spanish or English.

When the three of us arrived we signed a contract with the owner of the apartment, which has been extended for the third year. Since im moving from Berlin, you would come to occupy my space.

During all this time living together we have managed to maintain a very good coexistence and that is due to certain rules that we have created and serve us to live together in a more enjoyable way, it is necessary that you know them and are in full agreement:
- No animals
- The lease is for non-smokers.
- Quiet hours on weekdays: from 10pm-9am, no parties. On weekends you can always talk in case someone wants to invite people.
- Bathroom/kitchen cleaning every other week, maximum cleaning day is Wednesday of the corresponding week.
- Bathroom cleaning includes: cleaning all surfaces, toilet, sink, bathtub, shelf, mirror, etc... vacuuming, mopping the floor. Occasionally washing carpet and hand towels. In addition, the toilet attendant must also take down cartons, plastics, glass bottles and cans.
- Kitchen cleaning includes: wiping all surfaces, oven, appliances, furniture, dishwasher, table, refrigerator outside, etc... vacuuming, mopping the floor. Occasionally washing kitchen towels. In addition, the kitchen manager should also take down common garbage and organic garbage, as often as necessary during his week in charge of cleaning.
- Do not wear shoes inside the house.
- Do not leave dishes/cups/cups/cutlery/kitchen utensils in the rooms.
