WG Mit-Neugründer Gesucht / WG co-founder Wanted

Ich suche 2-3 ehrgeizige und coole Mitsuchende im Alter von 20-27 Jahren (Geschlecht egal) die gewillt sind sich mit uns zusammen den Hustle der Berliner-Wohnungssuche zu begeben, um eine geile neue WG-fähige Wohnung zu finden und zu gründen. Es wird Zeit und Nerven kosten, aber es wird sich lohnen! ;-) Freunde von mir habens auch geschafft und leben jetzt in bezahlbaren Traumwohnungen in Berlin (Teilweise aber mit Bürgschaft der Eltern).

I'm looking for 2-3 ambitious and chill fellow seekers aged 20-30 (gender doesn't matter) who are willing to join us in the hustle of Berlin's apartment hunt to find and found an awesome new shared apartment. It will take time and nerves, but it will be worth it ;-) Friends of mine have also made it and now live in affordable dream apartments in Berlin (but partly with the guarantee of their parents).

Plus wäre:
- wenn du einen Job hast, da Einkommen ein entscheidendes Kriterium ist für die Vermieter ist (sonst können aber auch deine Eltern für dich bürgen, denke ich).
- großes Plus wärs (aber keine Voraussetzung) wenn du 2000€ netto (oder mehr verdienst) oder wie gesagt Bürgschaft der Eltern hast
- außerdem sind auch die günstigen Berliner Wohnungen nicht billig und wir werden vlt Möbel anschaffen müssen (gern aber auch über Kleinanzeigen)
- arbeite als Producer für Werbefilme & dreh Musikvideos, wär cool wenn du auch was kreatives machst
- mach regelmäßig sport (mcfit, volleyball, bierball etc)
- bin gesellig & gern unterwegs

Du solltest:
- offen, chillig und entspannt sein und keine Zweck-WG suchen

Plus would be:
- if you have a job, because income is a decisive criterion for the landlords (but otherwise your parents can also vouch for you, I think).
- big plus would be (but not a prerequisite) if you earn 2000€ net (or more) or as said guarantee of parents have.
- also the cheap apartments in Berlin are not cheap and we might have to buy furniture (but we would also like to buy it through classifieds)
- I work as a producer for commercials & shoot music videos, would be another plus if you also do something creative
- do sports regularly (mcfit, volleyball, beerball etc)
- i am a social person & like to be on the road

you should be:
- be open, chill and relaxed and not looking for a purpose-built flat-share

Pflicht ist:
- dass du bereit bist Energie in das Projekt Wohnungssuche zu investieren. Es wird auf jeden Fall einige Anschreiben & Besichtigungen dauern bis wir was haben. Aber wir werden was finden ✌🏻
- dass du bereit wärs auch bisschen was in die Ausstattung der neuen Wohnung zu investieren (wenns dir zu teuer ist kann man auch kreativ werden -> DIY)
- dass du sauber bist (wir haben kein Bock auf schmutzige Mitbewohner)

Obligation is:
- that you are willing to invest energy in the project of finding an apartment. It will definitely take some letters & visits until we have something. But we will find something ✌🏻.
- that you would be willing to invest a little in the equipment of the new apartment (if it is too expensive for you, you can also be creative -> DIY)
- that you are clean (we don't want to have dirty flatmates)
